The admission of Dhaka University Bachelor Degree Course form fill up will start from Sunday, 26 August 2012. The vice chancellor of Dhaka University D. A A M S Arefin Siddique said this information on 24 July 2012 and the decision was taken in the Dean's meeting. Form collect last date is Sat, 15 September 2012.
Applicants have to apply online. The opening application forms for admission to First Year Honors at the University of Dhaka for the academic year 2012-2013 of all units (KA, KHA, GA, GHA & CHA) can be submitted form by Online.
For KA Unit (Physical, Biological and Applied Sciences) Students:
The students who have passed the S.S.C and H.S.C exam have a total GPA at list 8.00(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Science group or Agricultural Science group or Alim in Science group under Madrasa Education Board
For KHA Unit (Arts, Humanity and Social Sciences) Students:
The students who have passed the S.S.C and H.S.C exam have a total GPA at list 7.00(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Humanities group or Alim in Humanities group under Madrasa Education Board.
For GA Unit (Business Studies) Students:
The students who have passed the S.S.C and H.S.C exam have a total GPA at list 7.50(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Commerce Group.
For GHA Unit (Department Change) Students:
The students who have passed the S.S.C and H.S.C exam have a total GPA at list 7.00(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Commerce Group, GPA at list 7.00(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Humanities group and GPA at list 8.00(excluding fourth/additional subject) in Science group.
For CHA Unit (Fine Arts) Students:
CHA Unit is only for the students of Fine Arts group. The students who have passed H.S.C. or equivalent examinations and have a GPA totaling at least 6.50 (excluding fourth/ additional subject) in their S.S.C. and H.S.C. or equivalent examinations are eligible to apply for admission, others criteria will be mentioned on prospectus.
